We are often asked if we can pop out and give a quote for a repair. If we can diagnose the symptoms over the phone or email, it can help to cut costs (for us both) as well as waiting times (if parts should need ordering).

If you can answer any or all of the questions in the form, it will help us diagnose what’s likely needed so we can give you an idea of the cost involved ahead of any visit.

Sending us photographs is always very helpful and can speed up the whole process as we can see what’s needed and provide a quote.

A quick phone call is always recommended if it’s urgent – we’ll do what we can!
